Jon Sterlace from the Stueben County Cornell Cooperative Extension will again be teaching us basic safe canning skills. Attend this session to learn how to can tomatoes which can be a staple for all kinds of recipes. This skill will come in handy for years to come, and give you the confidence to try all kinds of other canning projects! Join us this Saturday for a three hour workshop to learn the basics of canning tomatoes, and take home your own Ball Canning guide and jar of canned tomatoes at the end.
Unlike with the jelly and jam making workshops (June 30th,) this workshop will only be offered once.
