Learn creative ways to use collard greens, kale, spinach, Swiss chard and other delicious leafy greens in the kitchen! Explore affordable, nutritious and delicious recipes with Wendy Pursel, including how to make your own vegetable broth, beans and greens 1-pot meal, and a green pesto.
This hybrid event will be held in person (10 person limit) at the Lee Barta Community Center, and streamed live over Zoom, Facebook Live, and telephone conference call.
This event is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
