Cooking with Soups and Storage Veggies

Fall is the perfect time to start making all those delicious, warming soups and finding creative ways to use those storage veggies like potatoes and squash! In this hands-on workshop, we will be learning the difference between cream and broth based soups, and preparing a few recipes to enjoy together, so come ready to eat!

 

This workshop is free and open to the public.

This event will be held at the Mansion Community Center, 85 Walnut St., Binghamton @ 6 PM on October 1st.
