Growing Fruits and Berries with Jarmila Haseler (Cornell Cooperative Extension)

Jarmila Haseler of Monroe County Cornell Cooperative Extension will lead us through a workshop focused on “The Big Three”: Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries, with some discussion of apple trees. Jarmila will lead us through the basics of these simple perennial fruits, including:
- Best varieties
- Site selection
- Recommended planting, spacing, and trellising
- Pruning
- Care and maintenance throughout the year
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
