Professional Chef: Mystery Basket with Chef Josh Lewis

Join us for a “Chopped” style journey in culinary improvisation as professional chef Josh Lewis turns a surprise vegetable basket into an inspired creation. Learn basic cooking methods and how to build and use a pantry (including essentials to keep on hand), the importance of kitchen herb gardens, and how to translate those simple methods across cultural flavors.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
