Pineapple Beet Smoothie

A healthy, tropical beverage that can be enjoyed as breakfast, a snack, or something sweet.

Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt 1 cup
  • Banana 1 banana
  • Beets, grated 1 cup
  • Pineapple, chopped 1 cup
  • Whole milk 1/2 cup
  • A few ice cubes, optional

Instructions
 

  • Layer ingredients in blender in the order listed. Pulse together until combined, adding more milk if necessary. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • If you want to make this dairy-free, leave out the yogurt and milk. Use an additional banana and your non-dairy milk of choice!
