Pineapple Beet Smoothie
A healthy, tropical beverage that can be enjoyed as breakfast, a snack, or something sweet.

Ingredients
- Greek yogurt 1 cup
- Banana 1 banana
- Beets, grated 1 cup
- Pineapple, chopped 1 cup
- Whole milk 1/2 cup
- A few ice cubes, optional
Instructions
- Layer ingredients in blender in the order listed. Pulse together until combined, adding more milk if necessary. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- If you want to make this dairy-free, leave out the yogurt and milk. Use an additional banana and your non-dairy milk of choice!
