A simple and refreshing frozen treat made with grapes and creamy yogurt. Lightly coated and optionally rolled in granola, these bite-sized snacks are easy to make and perfect for a cool, sweet bite.
Ingredients
Grapes3/4lb
Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain3/4cup
Granola1/4cup
Instructions
Remove grapes from stem. Wash grapes thoroughly and pat dry. Place dried grapes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place baking sheet in freezer for 2 hours or until grapes are frozen.
Remove grapes from freezer. Insert one toothpick into each frozen grape. One by one, dip frozen grapes into Greek yogurt. If using crushed granola, dip yogurt-covered grape into granola, then place dipped grape back on baking sheet. Repeat until all grapes are covered.
Return baking sheet to freezer. Freeze another 2 hours, or until yogurt is solid. Remove baking sheet from freezer and remove toothpicks. Transfer frozen grapes to freezer-safe, airtight container and store in freezer. Eat frozen!
