Applications for Build A Garden Close September 1st, 2025.
The Build a Garden program is available to NYS residents who rent or own in Binghamton, Endicott, Endwell and Johnson City. Priority for the Build a Garden Program will be given to those in our community who reside in environmental justice areas, and those affected by low food access, all are still welcome to apply.
