2021 Ghanaian Cooking Workshop- Peanut Butter Soup

Learn more about West African food, music and culture in an updated “Soups” edition of our very popular Ghanaian cooking workshop. Afua and Janiah Baidoo-Davis will show us how to prepare peanut butter soup, an exciting yet simple one-pot dish that will turn common vegetables and everyday pantry ingredients into a crowd-pleasing sensation.
This hybrid workshop is free and open to the public.
In-person participation is limited to 10 participants. Unmasked participants must provide proof of vaccination.
Online participation is limited to 140 participants.
