Kitchen Herbs with Elaine Gregory (Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County)

Imagine Caprese salad without basil, spaghetti sauce without oregano, or beef stew without thyme.  Our food would be flavorless and uninteresting without the addition of herbs.  This class will teach you how easy it is to grow your own herbs whether you’re growing them indoors or out.

This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
