Kurdish Cooking: Delicious Dolmas and Stuffed Vegetables

In this workshop, Bahar Demirtas will teach about the food, history and culture of the Kurdish people.  We will learn how to make stuffed peppers and dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) using fresh ingredients from VINES’ Farm Share program and spices from local small businesses.  Cook along with us at home, or simply join the conversation while Bahar showcases stories and original artwork about the Kurdish experience.

This workshop is free and open to the public.  A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.

Note:  The in-person location and protocols for this workshop are to be determined, and limited to only 15 registrants. 

Masks are required for in-person participants unless you can provide proof of vaccination (such as an Exelsior Pass or Vaccination Card).
