Lacto-Fermentation with Maleah Farr

Join culinary educator Maleah Farr as she leads this introduction into the world of vegetable preservation through Lacto-Fermentation. Participants will learn the basics of the lacto-fermentation process as they construct their own brines for sauerkraut and kimchi to continue fermenting at home.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
