Plant-Based Protein Bowls with Alan Shannon

This interactive, plant-based cooking workshop teaches participants how to build a balanced, nutrient-dense vegan meal in under 35 minutes. Through hands-on cooking, attendees learn gut health foundations, immune‑supportive habits, color diversity, fiber principles, and budget-friendly strategies.

This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
