Raising Backyard Chickens

Come learn the basics of raising chickens in your backyard with VINES’ Community Compost Coordinator, Taylor Latsha. Together, you’ll go over local ordinances, sourcing and raising chicks, what to feed them and where to house them, as well as how to keep your flock healthy. And why it’s worth keeping chickens in the first place.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
