Join SUNY Broome Culinary Educator Maleah Farr for this hands-on cooking workshop! You’ll learn the process of making this popular pasta-like dumpling, including how to form it’s distinct shape on it’s most common tool; the gnocchi board.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
