Smart Shopping + Winter Squash with Eliza Cook (Food Bank of the Southern Tier)

The Food Bank of the Southern Tier’s ‘JSY’ or Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables workshops consist of a 25-minute nutrition lesson and 25-minute cooking demonstration. For this workshop, we will be focusing on how to shop smarter for our bodies and wallets and learning what that means for everyone. For our cooking demonstration, we will be featuring JSY’s Winter Squash with Apple Juice Glaze. Every participant will be provided with a free kitchen tool and sample. We look forward to seeing and learning with you!
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
