Compost Facilitator Agreement
VINES’ community compost projects are managed by our Compost Corps, a team of dedicated volunteers who oversee site maintenance and foster community relationships. By joining the Compost Corps, you help us keep our composting program sustainable, accessible, and community-driven.
As a Compost Facilitator, you will act as a key leader and liaison, helping organize operations, engage community members, and ensure our sites remain healthy and active. This role requires a commitment of approximately 4–8 hours per month during the peak season (March–October) and 1 hour per month in the winter.
