Apple & Radish Salad
A crisp, refreshing salad of lettuce, radish, and apple tossed in a tangy cider vinaigrette with a hint of onion. Light, bright, and best served freshly mixed.

Ingredients
- Apple cider vinegar ⅛ cup
- Olive oil, or salad oil of choice ¼ cup
- Onion, or scallion/shallot, minced 1-2 onions
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lettuce mix 1 bunch
- Radishes, thinly sliced 4-5 radishes
- Apple, peeled if desired, cored and finely diced 1 apple
Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, onions, salt and pepper.
- Combine lettuce, radishes and apple together.
- Toss salad with dressing just prior to serving.
