As some of you may know, the Binghamton Urban Farm (a project of VINES) sells our fresh produce at the Otsiningo Park Farmers Market every Saturday from 9am-1pm.
This week we had cucumbers, pea microgreens, sugar snap peas, beets, turnips, kale, collards, chard, and lots of herbs, including chocolate mint, lemon balm, cilantro, dill, and three kinds of basil! We also are a distributor for Flour City Pasta, a company located in Rochester that makes delicious pasta from organic NYS-grown whole grains, as well as several kinds of NYS artisan cheese.
We hope you’ll stop by our booth at the Farmers Market for free cheese samples, to buy produce, or just to say hello! Come early for the best selection of fresh produce; we often sell out by the end of the market.
