Avocado Tomato Salad Wrap
A fresh and hearty wrap filled with crisp lettuce, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and chunks of cheddar. Tossed in a bright cilantro-lime dressing, it’s a flavorful and satisfying meal on the go.

Ingredients
- Lettuce, chopped 4 cups
- Avocado, 1 (wrap) + 1 (dressing) 2
- Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
- White cheddar cheese 1 block
- Tortillas 4 large
- Cilantro 20-25 leaves
- Lime juice 3 Tbsp
- Salt ½ Tsp
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- Microgreens ½ cup
Instructions
- Chop up lettuce, half the cherry tomatoes, cut up avocados into small pieces and cube white cheddar into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Throw all salad dressing ingredients into a blender/food processor to chop/mix everything together. Add more olive oil to make the dressing thinner if needed or preferred.
- In a large bowl, throw in lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocados, white cheddar, microgreens, and salad dressing, and mix well using a pair of tongs.
- Place salad on one side of the tortilla. Don’t overpack it or else it will be challenging to wrap.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Then, your wrap is ready to enjoy!
