Compost is a magical thing. It adds beneficial nutrients to your soil, and home composting can help keep waste that produces greenhouse gasses out of the landfills. Many people want to create their own compost at home, but are unsure how to start. This week, we wanted to share the video of VINES Composting 101 Green Thumb Workshop, hosted by CCE’s Recycling and Compost Educator, Josh Enderle. He breaks down (pun intended!) what composting is, how composting works, and how to get started!
