Basic Vinaigrette
Throw together this easy dressing in less than 5 minutes! Use this vinaigrette as a dressing for any of those leafy greens in your share. This is a nice, light dressing perfect for a healthy summertime salad.

Ingredients
- fresh lemon juice, 1 to 2 lemons 1/4 cup
- honey 1 tsp
- small shallot or onion, minced 1 shallot/onion
- olive oil 1/2 cup
- salt 1/2 tsp
- black pepper 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and shallot/onion in a small bowl.
- Slowly add the oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly until well combined.
