Hummus

Hummus

Hummus is a delightfully tasty and healthy alternative to most spreads or dips found in the grocery store. This traditional Middle Eastern paste packs protein, fiber, iron and healthy fats at a low calorie content. Hummus is an easy snack to make at home with a few simple ingredients. Enjoy hummus over warm bread, crackers, vegetables, or as a thickening agent on sandwiches, egg salads, dressings, or pizza.
