Sautéed Asparagus & Mushrooms
A quick and savory side dish of sautéed asparagus and mushrooms cooked with garlic until tender. Simple, earthy, and perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper.

Ingredients
- Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
- Garlic, minced 2 cloves
- Asparagus, ends removed, cut into smaller pieces 2 bunches
- Mushrooms 8 oz
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Black pepper ¼ Tsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add asparagus and mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until mushrooms release their juices and asparagus is tender for about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve while still warm.
