How to Use

Rinse and pat dry.
Add fresh to salads, spring rolls, or sandwiches.
Stir into soups, curries, and stir-fries at the end of cooking.
Use in pesto or sauces for a sweet, anise-like flavor.

Storage Tips

Best within 3–5 days.
Store in the fridge with stems in a glass of water and loosely covered, or wrap in a damp paper towel inside a bag.
