Hot Pepper

Spicy peppers grown for their small, colorful fruits. Crisp and juicy with heat that ranges from mild to very hot depending on the variety. Harvested in summer and early fall.

How to Use

Remove stem & slice in half to remove membrane. Remove seeds for milder taste, keep for hotter dishes.
Use to give a kick to chili, or add to a stir-fry or pico-de-gallo.

Storage Tips

Eat soon (up to 1 week).
Store at room temperature.
Peppers may be frozen whole or dried.
