Sunflower Shoots

Young sunflower greens harvested for their thick stems and broad leaves. Crisp and succulent with a fresh, nutty flavor. Grown year-round indoors and prized as a specialty green. Also called sunflower sprouts.

How to Use

Rinse, drain, and pat dry.
Add raw to salads, sandwiches, eggs, and wraps.
Blend into smoothies or pesto.
Lightly sauté or toss into stir-fries at the end.

Storage Tips

Best within 3–4 days.
Store in fridge wrapped in a damp paper towel inside a perforated plastic bag.
