Spaghetti Squash

A winter squash grown for its oblong yellow fruits and stringy flesh. Mild and slightly sweet with a noodle-like texture when cooked. Great roasted and scraped into strands.

How to Use

Rinse, halve lengthwise, and scoop out seeds.
Roast, bake, or microwave until tender.
Scrape flesh with a fork into spaghetti-like strands.
Use as a pasta substitute with sauces, veggies, or protein.

Storage Tips

Keeps 2–4 weeks in a cool, dry place.
Once cut, store in the fridge in an airtight container and use within 3–5 days.
